Started off well - ended horrible The premise seemed solid. The vehicle arrived within two weeks. The very first day probably three hours after delivery we noticed a knock in the motor The premise seemed solid. The vehicle arrived within two weeks. The very first day probably three hours after delivery we noticed a knock in the motor that got louder than more you drove it. We called and they directed us to the warranty program and said the $50 co-pay is waived in the first 45 days. Then they also let us know there was a problem with the title that was going to take them a week or so to figure out so the car could not be registered until then. I took the car to a mechanic that they recommended through the silver rock maintenance program. The mechanic looked at it and said the top end of the motor has a serious issue and it will require a dealership. This , combined with the title Issue Prompted me to utilize the seven day no hassle guarantee. I was first told that they cannot pick up the vehicle for at least a couple weeks. I then negotiated returning the vehicle the 35 minute drive from my house to the yard they had closest to me. I was told once the car was returned they would process a check for the trade they took as they were going to now buy the trade car . They said the check would be over nighted to me . I was also told they would process my return the same day and initiate a refund of my down payment which was several thousand dollars. Neither of these things happened and they still have my money, my old vehicle and they have their car back. When I called four days later They had not even begun to process the return though the system showed that the car was indeed returned. I am still waiting for a callback so they can figure out what they’re going to do. Meantime I am without a car and without my money they have all of it. If you have weeks or months to waste resolving the problems in the case that the car is not as advertised then by all means this is a good choice . As for me I would not do this again. When I heard about Carvana, I researched them thoroughly. In February of 2018 I actually started the process of looking for a car. I had certain specifications and only wanted a particular color in exterior and interior. I would not settle for less. Carvana had the perfect car. I also researched and compared the prices of the Cadillac at other dealerships. Carvana had the car listed for at least 2000.00 less than the ones I researched. The ease of applying and getting approved was absolutely the best! I sat in my home and thoroughly went over the car just about everyday. The car delivered was the actual car and it had the few scratches as shown on the website. I had the option of picking it up or having it delivered. I had originally opted to pickup but due to personal circumstances I had to have it delivered. I did not have to pay anything to have it delivered and it was delivered directly to my front door. The customer service I experienced from my first phone call to them was awesome! Heather was great as she actually sent me pictures of my car to my cell phone from Jacksonville! I asked for them and she complied. James delivered my car and he explained everything to me in detail and was very nice. So yes this was a very great experience and I would and have recommend Carvana to anyone looking to buy a car! More

Things eventually got completed.....did not end up being a time saver, plus I was told I would be compensated for the inconvenience......oops.....that has not happened yet, and I doubt that it will, More

If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC! More

After three days a warning light came on in the vehicle that I purchased. I called and spoke to a representative and ultimately was given directions through Silver Rock on what to do next. Keep in mind this all occurred during the first four days of ownership with this vehicle. The warning light went off before I could get it to the service center for diagnosis. The day after I visited the service center the warning light came back on. I called both the warranty company and the seller Carvana And I’ve had to have my seven day warranty extended by two days so that I can get the vehicle back to the service shop. Currently I’m awaiting another appointment to return back to the service center. Silver rock warranty service did stand behind me and repaired the car. I must say although a pretty rough start things have smoothed out and I am happy with the automobile that I have. More
