Awesome way to buy a car! I just completed my 7 day period of owning my 2015 Cadillac SRX Luxury. This has been the most pleasant experience I ever had in purchasing a car! When I heard about Carvana, I researched them thoroughly. In February of 2018 I actually started the process of looking for a car. I had certain specifications and only wanted a particular color in exterior and interior. I would not settle for less. Carvana had the perfect car. I also researched and compared the prices of the Cadillac at other dealerships. Carvana had the car listed for at least 2000.00 less than the ones I researched. The ease of applying and getting approved was absolutely the best! I sat in my home and thoroughly went over the car just about everyday. The car delivered was the actual car and it had the few scratches as shown on the website. I had the option of picking it up or having it delivered. I had originally opted to pickup but due to personal circumstances I had to have it delivered. I did not have to pay anything to have it delivered and it was delivered directly to my front door. The customer service I experienced from my first phone call to them was awesome! Heather was great as she actually sent me pictures of my car to my cell phone from Jacksonville! I asked for them and she complied. James delivered my car and he explained everything to me in detail and was very nice. So yes this was a very great experience and I would and have recommend Carvana to anyone looking to buy a car! More

No high-pressure sales tactics or spending all day talking about financing and service packages, like you get at a dealership. More

If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC! More

After three days a warning light came on in the vehicle that I purchased. I called and spoke to a representative and ultimately was given directions through Silver Rock on what to do next. Keep in mind this all occurred during the first four days of ownership with this vehicle. The warning light went off before I could get it to the service center for diagnosis. The day after I visited the service center the warning light came back on. I called both the warranty company and the seller Carvana And I’ve had to have my seven day warranty extended by two days so that I can get the vehicle back to the service shop. Currently I’m awaiting another appointment to return back to the service center. Silver rock warranty service did stand behind me and repaired the car. I must say although a pretty rough start things have smoothed out and I am happy with the automobile that I have. More

So much more enjoyable than bouncing around all over the DFW Metroplex to look at cars at the pushy dealerships. I got the exact car I wanted (model, color and mileage) at the amount I wanted to spend. I loved being able to submit my trade-in online and have that amount applied toward my purchase. It was also incredibly convenient to have my new car brought to me and have my trade-in taken away at the same time. Manasseh Miles, the Carvana.com representative who delivered my vehicle, was outstanding! He was professional, friendly and helpful. Easy easy EASY way to buy a car! My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you!
