Sucked in by car Bargains This was an easy sale for them. We were ready to buy and did buy from them. Felt salesperson wasn’t up front with us. We had wanted specific access This was an easy sale for them. We were ready to buy and did buy from them. Felt salesperson wasn’t up front with us. We had wanted specific accessories for the car. When the car arrived we rec’d numerous texts and phone calls wanting to know when we could come in to finalize the purchase. It was phrased as so we can have car ready for uptake home. When we came to pick up the car the accessories were not even ordered. They had to order it and we had to wait another 2 weeks for an available appt to have it placed on the car. Salesperson never offered to go over the car’s basics. The financial people did review and explained everything in detail but wasn’t much since we weren’t trading in or finacing. We dropped off the car today and they are now telling us it may or may not be done today. Really???!!!! Horrible customer service except for taking our money! The work was incomplete. After promising us they would arrange to schedule work to be done again they came up with excuses why they messed up. Really regret buying a car from them and will make sure to tell friends and family to avoid buying a car from them. More

He also gave me a pre-cost-quote which was helpful in knowing the cost of my repair in advance. The repair was wonderful and I will return to Burien Toyota in the future for my car repairs. More
