Fantastic!! Everyone i spoke with was cutious and helpful I habe to give 'Slav' a big high 5!! He was knowledgable about the RAV 4 and largly why i ended buying this cat! Information lost Overall our experience was good. We had a problem in that the vehicle model that we wanted was not totally conveyed to all in the delivery chain. So Overall our experience was good. So what happened was that the vehicle that we originally received did not have all of the features that we were looking for. So the initial vehicle we received was not the model we thought we were purchasing. However the sales staff was very accommodating in turning this around and getting us the model that we wanted.
