It was very nice but I really love my corolla so we took a look and drove one and betwwen Kelly's explaining the features and the comfortableness and ease I felt in it ...all I needed was a good price .. well Kelly said let's see what we can do and she and her manager also named Kelly made that happen and I purchased my new 2018 Corolla SE for a great price with a great reliable team behind me for years to come . Great car buying experience! I came to this location because I bought my car here 5 years ago and had a great experience. The "usual" haggling which is part of any car buying exp I came to this location because I bought my car here 5 years ago and had a great experience. The "usual" haggling which is part of any car buying experience went by quite fast as I was the only customer at the time. They also stayed open late for me to get the paperwork done. We knew which car we wanted and called ahead to let them know we were coming. Test driving was easy. The junior salesman (Norvel) got into the car with us and we drove away. There was no long wait over taking copies of my drivers licence. The car lot was right outside the building and we did not have to walk a long distance to get to it. Norvel was new to the car sales business and we helped him make his first sale. Yay! The location had a decent set of amenities (coffee, water, hot cocoa) to keep my kiddo entertained and hydrated while we talked. The location was spotless (I have yet to find a Toyota car dealer that is spotless clean). In the end, we drove away with a shiny red 2015 Prius and a full tank of gas (I appreciate them for this - it shows that despite what price you bargain for, the service is consistently good). All in all, I felt that the negotiation over the sale was a little quicker than other other dealers that I have been to. They make you wait a for little less while the junior salesman is trying to "negotiate a better price for me with the manager" and that helped us agree on the sale relatively quickly. More
