Protective coating, Keys, floor mats The protective coating on the car looked beautiful when I picked it up. They gave me an extra key because one of the keys was damaged. They were also supposed to install floor mats, but they did not do that, so I needed to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to grab them and put them in for me. I was a little disappointed in that. Also when you pick up a loaner car there they should pull the loaner car up to your personal vehicle so you can transfer all of your items from your personal vehicle into the loaner car. I had to carry mine all the way over to the loaner car. It was inconvenient I feel like the service could be improved in that regard. More

Repair to new car I went in for a routine repair that I noticed would be much more expensive than expected. Noticing that I had just recently paid off that car, I decid I went in for a routine repair that I noticed would be much more expensive than expected. Perfect as always Took my older vehicle in a week ago because of a service engine light on and running rough. They found rats had chewed some wires in my engine. They gave me an estimate and ordered some parts, I brought the vehicle back in and they fixed the wires under estimate. Vehicle was done by the afternoon, no more light on and running good.
