Not happy with this service This is 2nd time we have been mislead after making appointments for repairs. We make appointments and arrangements for transportation home and you g This is 2nd time we have been mislead after making appointments for repairs. We make appointments and arrangements for transportation home and you guys tell us that the service can’t be done or parts are not in and available when appointments are all ready made and we are dropping off car. Very frustrating. Also this appointment was to have a body part reattached and we were told that it would not be warranted as to was damaged by someone leaning on car or accident even though no apparent damage is showing. Not sure I’ll be bringing the car back to you guys. Pretty disappointed in my decision to buy from Burien Toyota. More

So expensive I bought my car from Burien Toyota. They are friendly and helpful. Service Center is very expensive but at least you can trust that they are going to I bought my car from Burien Toyota. The guy I worked with did search and find me a $150. coupon for which I am great full. That allowed me to get my brake fluid changed. You would think that they wouldn't charge people for rags, disposal of things. They do. They give you a free car wash coupon, but it's not even in Burien. It's in Demoines. I feel like prices have really went up since they remodeled. I'm going to buy a new car soon, but it will not be a Seattle, Burien dealership. More

The atmosphere on the sales floor is very relaxed unlike many other dealerships we visited. I didn't feel pressured into anything that I didn't want including when going through the final step in "finance". They didn't have the exact SUV that I wanted, but after leaving a deposit they were able to get it within a day. More
