Lack of communication Service department does not talk with sales. Purchased TRD Pro rims at time of vehicle purchase but they did not relay the info to parts. Good work The service rep forgot to tell me about the installation charges so my bill was more than I expected. I had to look at the paperwork longer than I would have if he had been up front about it. He did tell me what I was going to pay for the parts. The cashier was clipped and handed me the paperwork to sign without letting me review it first, again delaying my departure because I had to ask for it. This was an unusual experience at this center. Most of the people in the past were very friendly and forthright. I know the cashier was busy and I did suggest to her that she should take words like "quickly" out of her vocabulary. She came across as rude because her tone was clipped. I hope this will be treated as a learning experience rather than a disciplinary process. More
