I have always gone into Burien Toyota for my car service needs. The service department staff are always helpful and informing when I have car repairs. One service representative that shines and stands out very positively is Steve Nordbye. Steve always greets me with a smile, informing print out of car needs with a thogough explanation and regular phone texts of keep me posted on the car repair progress. I have always had efficient and excellent work done by the service technicians and professionalism of the organization. Ana, Anthony and Monica in the office always give me an informing breakdown of my bill and payment options. I give Burien Toyota service department a five star rating! More

Spent more time arguing with me than servicing my car Service adviser would not match a competitors coupon (which their website says they do) for a comparable service. He chose to waste 45 minutes of my time (and his, and his managers - totaling 2 hours and 15 minutes of wasted time) to debate whether they had to match this coupon or not. They frustrated a loyal and local customer, who will not be back, all over an argument to maybe save the dealership $10? Pretty backwards if you ask me. I hope the adviser's ego feels good about this decision. I recommend you stay away - there are LOTS of Toyota dealerships within a 30 minute drive with better pricing. More

Not Responsible for Vehicles Left in Their Care Been taking my Toyotas (multiple) to Burien Toyota for almost 30 years. Yesterday took my Tacoma truck to get wheel bearings, brakes and belt. They co Been taking my Toyotas (multiple) to Burien Toyota for almost 30 years. Yesterday took my Tacoma truck to get wheel bearings, brakes and belt. They could not get the parts until today. Last night someone broke into my truck through the window. Today Burien Toyota claims they are not responsible for damage to my truck and says I have to make a claim through my insurance policy. My insurance policy has a $500 deductible and will raise my rates if I make a claim. Burien Toyota is responsible for damage done to vehicles left in their care. More

After they sold, there's $5000 additional charge from services we didn't take. They said they will refund, but they didn't. Today is the second time we visited Burien Toyota, because we got the payment from bank and still no refund as they mentioned. We talked to managers, all we need just "the prove" the refund as they mentioned. They intended to call policeman twice. Also, the receiption lady called me disrespectful and gave me the dirty look. Once again, we didn't take the service, and you guys promised to refund the additional 5k charge. All we need is the proof. No need to be so rude to customer. We bought brand new - IM and 4 runner here. Never again. People need to know how they deal with "services" they said. More
