It was easy to get an appointment, they took my car right away and finished quickly. I think it was a little more expensive than going to another repair shop, but I know I'm getting quality parts and I can away and finished quickly. Bobby always gets me in at a time that's convenient for me. They work fast and aren't constantly selling you up on other services while you are there. A very painful experience with the service department. I purchased my van at this dealership and purchased the extended warranty. In Jan 2022 my van wouldn't start so I took it to BCS Toyota. It was the b I purchased my van at this dealership and purchased the extended warranty. In Jan 2022 my van wouldn't start so I took it to BCS Toyota. It was the batteries which were not covered by the warranty, totally understandable. I paid $350 to get the batteries replaced. Last weekend my van wouldn't start. I had it towed back to BCS Toyota and after a day and a half they finally let me know that it was the batteries and they were under the battery warranty since it was less than 3 years. Then they explain that they bought the batteries from Lithia so I would need to take it to Lithia. Makes no sense to me since I didn't buy the batteries from Lithia. I pushed back but they basically told me that they were too busy and if I want this done I'm going to have to do it. When I get to Lithia they tell me that since I'm not the customer (bcs toyota is the customer in this case) that they needed to be there. We had to go round and round with Lithia but they finally agreed to replace the batteries. I had to spend hours of my time getting the parts for the job you were paid to do. I'm very disappointed with the way we were treated. We felt like you guys are just so busy that you can't take care of us. Since you guys are so busy I thought it would be helpful to post this review so hopefully others can select a better place to have their vehicles serviced. This will hopefully free up your workers so they have more time to take care of the remaining customers. More
