I waited 2 hours & had to leave & come back for what usually takes 30-45 minutes to replace a turn signal bulb. Toyota did not have the bulb in stock and ordered one from a parts store. The parts store usually takes 30-45 minutes to replace a turn signal bulb. Toyota did not have the bulb in stock and ordered one from a parts store. The parts store took their sweet time delivering. So it’s not really Toyota’s fault & Justin Birdwell did all he could to get it done. Justin did, as always, a great job with the situation. Thanks Justin. More

Until this week, I was very impressed with service here. However, not this time! 1. Initially lost my keys so I couldn’t leave 2. Then drove off only to see that every dashboard light was still on! However, not this time! 1. Initially lost my keys so I couldn’t leave 2. Then drove off only to see that every dashboard light was still on! When I turned it around and went back, he acted like it was my fault! Why didn’t I tell him check engine light, etc was om? Never mind that it had been looked at by service personnel while replacing battery and driven back out front for me to pick up! Apparently no one but me looked at dashboard! All on all, not exactly an experience I would expect from a Toyota dealership! More
