Their service department is one reason I've bought so many vehicles from Brian Harris. Not just BMW but anywhere you see Brian Harris on the building then you know you'll get quality service and car. Ric is someone with whom I've had a positive relationship over the years and exemplifies the positives above. Thanks Ric; need more like you. More

Problem unresolved! Although, I only have 23,000 miles on my 5 series, which includes bumper to bumper warranty, Brian Harris BMW did not fix a problem with my AC. My car has emitted a chemical smell when it’s started via the AC and they basically stated that it’s my issue not their’s. We'll see who has the last laugh when I purchase another car next year. It won’t be from them! More

Worst BMW Service Experience in 12. years Poor Cimmunication and 11 days for basic service and repair. I could not be more disappointed in this experience.
