I brought my car in because it had a serious recall problem. I only dealt with Jorge Alana(spelling) and the tow truck driver. My tow truck driver was pretty awesome! He was on time and his communicat problem. I only dealt with Jorge Alana(spelling) and the tow truck driver. My tow truck driver was pretty awesome! He was on time and his communication made a trying situation much easier. The maintenance associate on the other hand was pretty condescending. When he communicated he felt the need to reiterate that he was helping me, over and over again. Usually that doesn’t have to be said over and over again, the process speaks for itself. Now on his behalf he was communicating with an out of state dealership. They just couldn’t seem to get who was going to fix my car together so I sat for hours. . Finally a decision was made to tow my car to the original dealership out of state. All in all, it was not an unpleasant experience. Also my shuttle driver was great as well. More

This is the experience I had with Brian Harris BMW. I dealt with Neil Coll and Zeb Mayhew. Though I was a remote customer over 500 miles away requesting a quote for a vehicle on their lot, they wer I dealt with Neil Coll and Zeb Mayhew. Though I was a remote customer over 500 miles away requesting a quote for a vehicle on their lot, they were very prompt about providing OTD pricing and shipping charges and was the lowest offer for the vehicle we were looking for. Though initially it was tough due to my busy work schedule, they were very good at following up about paperwork. It seems like they have dealt with out-of-state military buyers before. Though due to circumstances we were not able to purchase the car, because of their promptness in responding and upfront/straight-up pricing, we will definitely consider them for our next Ultimate driving machine soon.
