After making the sale, Brian Harris BMW apparently believes that customer service no longer matters. It is a shame that there are not multiple BMW dealers in this market (Baton Rouge), as this one believes that customer service no longer matters. I bought a used vehicle. When I tried to start it up again after I got it home, the battery was dead. Walter and Hedrick drove out personally to jump it and bring it to the Dealership for a new battery again after I got it home, the battery was dead. Walter and Hedrick drove out personally to jump it and bring it to the Dealership for a new battery. They gave me a loaner free of charge while my car was in the shop. I have now had the car for over a year and I still get post cards and phone calls from these two to see how I'm doing. Pretty nice service for a used vehicle! More
