My vehicle was in shop for 5 1/2 weeks for warranty work. No courtesy vehicle available the entire time. Was told the wait list for courtesy vehicles was 50 people ahead of me. Very limited calls from dealership on progress of repairs. When I finally picked up vehicle there was only enough gasoline to travel 6 miles! This was my first experience with this dealership and it was HORRIBLE. I have documented all my interactions and lack of interaction and would be happy to share it with dealership management to prevent this from occurring to future customers. At this time it is very doubtful I will be back or purchase another Hyundai vehicle. More
