My vehicle was in shop for 5 1/2 weeks for warranty work. No courtesy vehicle available the entire time. Was told the wait list for courtesy vehicles was 50 people ahead of me. Very limited calls from deal No courtesy vehicle available the entire time. Was told the wait list for courtesy vehicles was 50 people ahead of me. Very limited calls from dealership on progress of repairs. When I finally picked up vehicle there was only enough gasoline to travel 6 miles! This was my first experience with this dealership and it was HORRIBLE. I have documented all my interactions and lack of interaction and would be happy to share it with dealership management to prevent this from occurring to future customers. At this time it is very doubtful I will be back or purchase another Hyundai vehicle. More

Parts for this car were ordered originally back almost a year ago. They were backordered for menace amount of time came in, sat at the dealership and were sent back prior to me ever being notified that they year ago. They were backordered for menace amount of time came in, sat at the dealership and were sent back prior to me ever being notified that they were in so they had to be re-ordered the car was at the dealership for over four months once the parts came in and new parts had to be ordered, there in the silver trim on the driver side door and I having a very difficult time restoring the electronic system inside the car like I’m unable to program the time SiriusXM radio does not work things of that nature More
Not able to complete the recall originally I had scheduled service for, I had to make another appointment to complete the recall on my car.
