After numerous notifications, we are still receiving emails from cars we’ve transfer. And the resets are never done after maintenance is performed. I was driving down to Milwaukee to pick-up a new gas vehicle from a manufacturer out of Michigan, as I decided to not proceed with a well-known EV because after realizing I was going to put the most dow vehicle from a manufacturer out of Michigan, as I decided to not proceed with a well-known EV because after realizing I was going to put the most down I've ever put down on a car, and the payment was still going to be 3x higher than any other car payment I've had, and found that Boucher had 1 vehicle on lot that met my criteria. Upon seeing it, I called Alex Dominguez, and he let me know the vehicle was still on lot, and he put it on hold for me! I had thought (as I live in an area with barely any vehicle inventory) I would have to compromise and go with the manufacturer out of Michigan's vehicle due to my late decision on the EV, but was beyond excited to try out the Genesis GV-80 3.5L AWD Prestige model that Alex had on hold for me. Upon arrival at 11, Alex walked me through some details (which I had researched when I dreamed of getting a Genesis long ago) and set me off on a test drive. I was able to put the vehicle through all the paces and this one definitely made my brother and SIL squeal the most (as I was doing internally). After test driving the GV-80 and the other vehicle, I got back to the lot - completed a brief negotiation (I miss the days when dealerships had more cars and you could actually negotiate) - and struck a deal. I then went to lunch (thanks to them for not making me starve) while he and Jake (Finance Manager) processed paperwork and readied the car. When I returned, Jake finished up the signature process (which he gave me all the docs on a jump drive vs. in paper - how innovative) and Alex did a very thorough job going through all the functions of the car (as there is a lot of available tech options) and I was able to leave around 3pm. It was honestly the least amount of time I recall ever being in a dealership when buying a vehicle. It's been only a few days, and I've really only driven the vehicle about 4'ish hours thus far, but I'm very pleased and recommend to anyone to try to get behind a Genesis - and if they get to work with Alex and Jake, even better! More
