After my Mom passed, I took my Dad to see his only sister who lives in Waukesha. He lives in SC and I live in MO, and on the way north, the right front seemed to "pull" and made a grinding noise. The service person said we're booked out 2 weeks, but I explained the situation and we were leaving in 2 days, they said if I could leave it they would get it in. They contacted me later that day stating they could not find anything wrong and I was good to go and did not charge me anything. That was so appreciated. Awesome staff. More
For the most part, the dealership was very professional and helpful. I bought two cars within one week. I love both cars. What I thought was going to be a great experience turned out to be a complete disappointment. The guy who looked at my trade in was completely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He spewed his disrespe out to be a complete disappointment. The guy who looked at my trade in was completely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He spewed his disrespectful comments not only in front of me and the entire dealership BUT also in front of my 17-year-old daughter, who is experiencing her car buying process for the first time. I was completely embarrassed and extremely disappointed. Following my purchase, I immediately called the dealership the next business day to expressed some of my concerns and ask some questions and I was immediately met with condescending discussion and aggressive pushback. My only reason for calling was to have my concerns be heard and my questions be answered. Following that conversation, I had wish I wouldn’t have traveled over an hour and a half to this dealership I would’ve just stayed in my local county, where I know I would’ve been treated with a higher level of respect and appreciation for my business. I will not purchase any more cars from this dealership ever again, nor will I recommend them. Sincerely, Most disappointed customer! More
Very disappointed to say the least. I called to make my maintenance appointment along with the recall work and they stated I’d be there longer because of this but wouldn’t offer a loan I called to make my maintenance appointment along with the recall work and they stated I’d be there longer because of this but wouldn’t offer a loaner. I scheduled time off of work based on this. I then got there and they once again said due to the extra recall work I’d be there longer. Then while I was waiting my service rep ask me about several add-ons they could do which I declined. All of a sudden my car was done so when I checked out with that rep and commented that was quicker than promised she said they did not complete my recall work as the parts weren’t there. That didn’t make sense to me why I wasn’t told this prior to the two conversations setting this up. A week or so later yesterday that same rep called to let me know the parts were there it would take another 1 1/2 hrs and no loaner and so I said I’ll wait to my next oil change to take off time. She became very snotty with me asking “did so expect for them to hold onto my parts for 6 months”. First so all I drive a lot of miles through my job so 6 months is not correct. Second I don’t have to get my work doing there as i can get maintenance closer and more convenient. I just responded I’ll call back. Super poor customer non service. I won’t be coming back to this dealership except for recall work as I may have to get that done there. More
For the first 4 years after purchasing my 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited and having all my vehicle maintenance performed at this dealership, the customer service was quite good. The online appointment scheduler never worked, however. The two times I tried to book an appointment when. I showed up for the appointment there was no record in the system. Fortunately, the one time there was an opening and I still got oil changed. However, beginning in 2023 the level of customer service has fallen markedly. Phone calls aren't returned and updates aren't provided on a timely basis. On two separate occasions when my car needed to be kept overnight, no loaner car was available not was j given any options on how to get home. More
