Poor managment, poor service I purchased a pick up truck 4-28-18 and didn't actually get it until mid june. When i took the rim and tire off the rotor had never even been replaced. The vehical was initially dropped off with the check engine light on. The passenger door fills with water. The door locks do not work properly. I have nothing good to say about this dealership nor its staff. More

Wary of service described. I suppose my transmission issue became a little complicated, but the communication sucked, and i was left thinking not everything was on the up n up. “Good will gesture” I had been calling for months about my paint bubbling and cracking. After many calls unanswered, I decided to contact corporate about the lack of serv I had been calling for months about my paint bubbling and cracking. After many calls unanswered, I decided to contact corporate about the lack of service I was receiving. After corporate contacted the dealership that’s when I finally received some kind of service. I was told to bring my vehicle in so they could fix the door. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was greeted with zero respect or compassion. The manager didn’t even acknowledge the lack of communication and seemed like they weren’t even going to fix my door until I pushed and pushed. He finally said it was a “good will gesture” on their part to fix it. He also, gave a poor excuse as to why when I would call to get an oil change, a free service, they would be backed up 2 months which would result in me taking it someplace else to be serviced. After discussing all of my issues, he gave me a rental and the next day I got a call asking me to bring in my vehicle which was already there. Then two days later I received another one. Two weeks later the door was fixed and I was finally able to pick up my car. When I arrived they didn’t even know where it was located. I was so frustrated with the whole experience that when I finally got my car I left as soon as possible. Upon getting home I noticed that they had sprayed paint on my window which I now have to scrub off. It’s very obvious they don’t know how to communicate effectively with each other or their customers unless they are making a sale. I will never purchase another vehicle from this company again. More
