Many Surprises I came to this dealer because it is the biggest Hyundai in the state of WI and because of the car we were targeting. I have been told the car is clean I came to this dealer because it is the biggest Hyundai in the state of WI and because of the car we were targeting. I have been told the car is clean of accidents and damage over the phone. Both the dealer and cargurus listed the vehicle as such. First trip to the dealer: we discovered the car has a minor body damage that needs fixing. Boucher committed to the repair. Second trip: carfax showed one accident which was never mentioned or listed. Decided to buy the car because of its a preowned certified vehicle. When leaving, the sunroof malfunctioned and we had to leave the car there and received a free rental until the fix occured. Third trip: 4 days later, all fixing done, we received the car and all is fine, for now. It took us a total of 6 trips of 2 hours to get this done and the overall misinformation and handling of the purchase was unsatisfactory. It seemed that they don’t care enough or that this is simply the way Boucher does buisness. We got a good car but the actual experience wasn’t something I reccomend. More

These types of problems are almost impossible to diagnose if the problem is not occurring when the vehicle is being tested. That was the case here. The technician proactively made a programming change that might help. Only time will tell. We had the tires rotated and the vehicle was inspected. I appreciated the fact that report noted the tires tread depth and the condition of the brake pads. I feel confident that the work performed was done in a professional manor that the vehicle is in good condition. More

Over the years I've had my Sonata in for various repairs (axle replacement, timing chain cover gasket, airbag pre-tensioners), along with warranty wor Over the years I've had my Sonata in for various repairs (axle replacement, timing chain cover gasket, airbag pre-tensioners), along with warranty work, as well as recalls on airbag switches - the seats even had to be shipped to California for recalibration. While not thrilled facing the issues, each time I've dealt with Randy and it's been a great experience. I like that he's been there a long time and knows his stuff. He's been straightforward in addressing the repair and in what he promises on timelines. He's gone the extra mile on warranty coverage and issues like the airbags on a recall a second time. People make the difference, and Randy would be a reason I would continue to come back and consider your dealership when it comes to looking for a car. Too bad he can't have a dual role of also selling cars. Hats off to Randy, and much appreciation for what he does. Thanks again for helping to keep my 12 year old Sonata on the road.
