The overarching issue is that the general manager does not respond to emails and did not make himself available by phone any of the times I called. He sends you an email after you buy the car telling you to let him know if you weren't completely satisfied, but when you email him multiple times, he won't respond. (He'll probably post a response to this review saying "Please call me so I can make this right!" but he has already had every opportunity to make it right.) Not everything goes perfect all the time, and people make mistakes - a good test of how well a business is run isn't whether they're perfect, but how they handle their mistakes and escalations. This dealership, with their excuses, lies, delays, and blame, will make you want to beat your head against the wall. More
