Had the wrong car ready for me at pick up, then made me sit two hours with my wife and new born twins with zero urgency then after I went to ask what is going on finally someone who was “working on it” for sit two hours with my wife and new born twins with zero urgency then after I went to ask what is going on finally someone who was “working on it” for the last two hours came out and had nothing completed and it took another hour to get the paperwork filled out. I ended up having a bunch of added costs (service plan, auto armor, and screen protection) that were not fully disclosed to me and adding thousands to my total.
