Still waiting on a part they said they would order back in December 2023 for a recall. I have to keep calling to check in on the status, I’ve been told it’s on back order but I’m aware this part has been a in December 2023 for a recall. I have to keep calling to check in on the status, I’ve been told it’s on back order but I’m aware this part has been available since the first of the year. It has become apparent to me they’ve never ordered the part and aren’t being honest about it. In addition I was told to bring my car in after calling twice about the part. I brought my car in, sat there for 30 minutes and they told me they didn’t have said part and that I would have to schedule again to bring it back in. It’s been almost 2 weeks again and I’ve heard nothing. More
