Oil Change I'm surprised the service dept doesn't reset the Oil Life button on the dash, especially when the girl at the desk went by that reading (instead of ac I'm surprised the service dept doesn't reset the Oil Life button on the dash, especially when the girl at the desk went by that reading (instead of actual mileage) to determine if our car needed an oil change. It would be nice to have coupons for my next visit too. 2/2 you haven't reset the light, so I'm guessing it's not what you do. The folks at Ford reset the feature, maybe I'll go there next time. More

I had visited a few dealerships looking for an SUV, and after being at Bob Rohrman Honda for a about 15 minutes, their customer service, quality and pricing had won me over. I had the pleasure of working with Bobby Brown who made me truly feel like a valued customer instead of just another person to sell something to, like some of the other dealerships had. He spent as long as was needed to to walk me through each process, show me my options and work to get to where we needed to be. Although the dealership was busy, even after the sale was finalized and he could have moved on to another customer, Bobby waited with me while the SUV was being detailed to answer any questions I may have, help me move my belongings over and to take a picture with me and the new CR-V. When asked, he said, "I like to see the customer through the entire process." That phrase sums up my entire experience at Bob Rohrman Honda, as their attention to detail and level of care is exceptionally better than most. I look forward to being a part of the Honda family for years to come. More

When I arrived, Tom Couldridge handled my paperwork, took my key fob and said I could have a seat in the lounge (when I scheduled the appointment, I said I would wait on my vehicle). After an hour, Tom apologized for the length of time it was taking, but that was not a problem as far as I was concerned. A few minutes later, Tom returned with the paperwork, said my car was ready, then reviewed the tasks performed. I had no problems, and was very happy when I left the lot. More
