Air Bag Replacement. I am very happy with the service center. They were very quick and it didn't take long for the repair to be made. Disappointed in customer service The gal on the phone that I scheduled appointment with had a poor attitude, not friendly. Ms. Stratton was not friendly when I went to pay. The mechanic had suggested that perhaps my Driver Care would pay for some or all of the service. When I said that to her she responded with, "that's his place to tell me". He, Tom Couldridge walked back by and she asked him. He said he'd check. He came back in person to tell her that it didn't. Before he could get an answer back to her she abruptly got up from the desk, handed the paperwork to another girl that was standing there and proceeded to go back to another desk in the back of the room to work. She never said anything to indicate that she was handing my transaction over to this other girl. The other girl didn't say anything, but she acted as if she were embarrassed about Ms. Stratton's behavior. Plus, a gentleman (?) had me drive my vehicle and ride along to see if we would experience the noise that I had indicated happening. He never introduced himself. Overall the customer service isn't what it used to be. Since my last visit to the Service Center I noticed there had been changes in staff. Not that that's a problem, but the problem is that the atmosphere is not a friendly or a receptive one. The only person that made me feel welcome was Mike Tillett. I have only become acquainted with him over the years since I my first time buying a car from him in 2011. At that time it was a new Toyota Corolla. Since then this is my third vehicle purchase through him with the last two being a Honda product. When I get ready to trade again I will look forward to working with Mike. I'm not saying that I'm an expert at Customer Service, but I have worked in the public for 48 years and have had some formal training over the years. Thank you for your time! More
