I waited a little bit to write my review so I could see how the purchase played out over a few months. When I bought the car for my daughter, the sales person was very friendly and not pushy. He let us drive a couple different cars, and worked with us when we ultimately made our decision. The whole buying process was quick and we were not there long, very smooth. An issue arose with the title , the post office apparently attempted to deliver it and I didn’t receive it. The post office said they delivered it back to the dealership. I was pretty angry to put it lightly, and I called the Honda store and asked where my title was, I was mad, but they worked with me in resolving the issue, literally daily too, I was under the impression it was delivered back to the dealership, because that’s what the post office told me , but it turned out that when I had USPS dig deep, USPS admitted they lost the “package.” Bob Rohrman Honda ended up helping me get another temporary tag thru the bmv, which they didn’t have to do, and super quickly got me a replacement title. The reason I’m mentioning all of this is they were super cool in handling it all even tho I was very angry over the whole thing, and helped me out with stuff they really didn’t have to do. Would recommend. The car has been great so far as well, daughter loves it. Thank you. More
