We have purchased several cars from Bob Rohrman dealerships over the years but have never experienced anything like we did this last time. We knew the make and model of the car we were going to bu dealerships over the years but have never experienced anything like we did this last time. We knew the make and model of the car we were going to buy and after our test drive while we were securing the necessary payment from our local bank the car was being detailed, etc. Once we returned to the dealership we were informed it would be around a 20 minute wait to meet with the Finance Manager. We waited for approximately 1 1/2 hours before we finally made it in to see the Finance Manager and complete the paperwork which took approximately 10 minutes. When we went to get into the new car I pointed out that the inside of the driver's door had not been cleaned (I had pointed this out after our test drive and we were told it would be cleaned). We purchased the car on a Tuesday and then the next Monday we received an email indicating that a mistake was made in the paperwork - the wrong VIN number was recorded on our records and we needed to come in and sign new papers or they would come to our home. This also meant that after we completed the new paperwork we had to contact our auto insurance and request a change once again in our policy. Needless to say this experience has not been a positive one! We still like our car but the experience we went through to get it you would not wish on anyone. More

I purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima from Bob Rohrman Honda on December 12, 2020. The vehicle had high mileage but I was assured via email from the dealership “Before being put on the lot, all of our used veh on December 12, 2020. The vehicle had high mileage but I was assured via email from the dealership “Before being put on the lot, all of our used vehicles go through an inspection and any possible issues are fixed.”. Only 2 months after purchasing the car and driving it less than 700 miles, the Service Engine light came on and the car would not accelerate. Upon taking it to a local dealership, I was informed the transmission needs replaced. I then contacted the salesperson who sold me the car, Chris White, to see if they would provide the needed repairs or buy the car back as my expectation at the time of purchase was that it would last longer than 2 months. I was informed that they would not be able to assist me since the car was sold as is and they “didn’t make any money” on selling me the car. I do not recommend this dealership for any vehicle purchases as they obviously are not willing to stand behind the vehicles they sell. More
