Had problems with business manager or whatever you call him with understanding our closing in regards to the loan on the car. We only wanted an amount of money on the loan to cover what we owed on the purc him with understanding our closing in regards to the loan on the car. We only wanted an amount of money on the loan to cover what we owed on the purchase of the CRV. He was pushing us to include extra coverage on the warranty of the CRV that we did not want. He had to confer with general manager to try to understand what we desired. It was very frustrating for my wife and I. In my mind, it was getting very close to "killing the deal". Fortunately, we were able to sign the papers and go home. More

The gentleman who handled the sales part of it was very polite. I was impressed by the fact that they were able to get the monthly payment I was shooting for. I understand that it is a very busy dealership, so I was not too surprised when they did not fully detail the (used) car before they gave it to me (e.g., some trash on the floor of the car, some stuff from the previous owner still in the trunk, and - for what it's worth - the windshield wipers were shot and I had to replace them). I was under the impression that they would do an oil change as part of servicing the car, but that wasn't verbally guaranteed by the sales person. I am thankful that the vehicle itself notified me (about a week and a half later) that the oil needed changed and the air filters needed replaced. And, when I came to pick up the car, it took them about twenty minutes to find the key, and it seemed like everyone was pinning the fault for the lost key on everyone else. Staff were mostly polite, but they seemed to be overworked and sometimes mildly cynical. More

Once I got there and drove the car, there was no question that I wanted it. I expected to have to go through negotiating with everyone. I was very surprised at how easy the process was and how nobody tried to push anything on me. They showed me the added warranty options but once I said no they accepted my answer. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had and I have had several over the years. More
