I appreciated the service department working with me when I had an issue with my Honda during a visit from out of state. Making an appointment was easy and they took care of my issue at a fair price. My only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that it would have been nice to have been offered the opportunity to have the technician speak to me about my specific issue. I know this is typically done through the service writer, but some customers (like me) like to hear directly from the technician. More

Jenny was my service advisor always a sweetheart and I also talked to pete the assistant service manager , who is always on top of things. both of them kept me in the loop as i was waiting for the part to come in. I drive a civic Type R and it’s my baby so the thought of somebody working on it makes me uneasy but the car was in good hands for sure. thanks again - Jason More
