Stopped by here to return our leased vehicle. The parking lot was full except for one spot. I asked my wife to park there since that was the car we were returning. Terry the manager quickly approached me in a rude tone as I got out of the car and told me I can’t park there and to go park in the lot. I told him there weren’t any spots and before I could even finish, he said he would call a tow truck! That got me really upset and I told him to go ahead. He stormed inside went behind the counter and got on the phone. Mark, the sales manager was super polite in addressing us and I told him what happened. He said he would work on what we need and get us out as soon as possible. While Mark was working on the paperwork, there were three other cars that were parked where they shouldn’t have been parked. One in a handicap spot that wasn’t a handicap car, two other BMWs on the side of the entrance but apparently Terry had an issue with my Tesla or with us since we are asian. I couldn’t believe he was a manager there. He has no concept of customer service and should not be in the position he is in. I wouldn’t recommend this place because I wouldn’t want anyone else being mistreated by him! Or even have the chance to be mistreated by him. More
