My visit to Bill Jacobs was a great one. I was greeted by JJ who talked me through the 230i. He introduced me to Maggie my sales person. Maggie was wonderful to work with. No games and gave I was greeted by JJ who talked me through the 230i. He introduced me to Maggie my sales person. Maggie was wonderful to work with. No games and gave me a very fair price. She gave me frequent updates on the car I ordered. Maggie is the best, very personable, knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service. When the car was ready to be picked up I was in and out in under an hour. I had the very best car buying experience at Bill Jacobs. This is my 7th car I’ve bought from them.
