I had been waiting for an X3 M40i to be built that I ordered from my local dealership for about 3 months when I noticed that Bill Jacobs BMW had not one but four vehicles for sale. I contacted them via Cars.com to find out if they were actually available and not just a bait-and-switch that some other dealerships were performing. I received a prompt response and was given the information I requested without any drama. I made an appointment for the next day to view the vehicles. I met with Gigi Demirovski who couldn’t have more easier to work with and was very personable along with being professional. There was no pressure to purchase and they were very accommodating in my indecision in choosing the right vehicle. He is professional, always listens to what the customer is looking for, and diligently looks for the car that matches the specifications. He does not push the customer to decide. I just took delivery of an electric BMW I4 M50. The car is phenomenal the way it respond instantaneously to your pressing of your accelerator. It is like the BMW we used to with the finest interior and exterior materials, but electric. Compared with my previous electric car from a different brand, it is night and day. I feel like part of the family of the Bill Jacobs BMW in Naperville. Everyone is nice and we treat each other with respect. I am happy to stop by on Saturday for a car wash or just chat with Bill and Mike. More
