Service Department is quick and efficient with the regular servicing, especially if you make an appointment - for which there are plenty of slots regularly open. The shuttle service covers quite a long range and is very useful. Any inspection findings are explained with decent detail and with video from the technician - HUGE PLUS! However, would appreciate more documentation and in-depth explanations from the service advisors. For example, a list of what was looked at during a multipoint inspection with a Pass/Warning/Fail rating tied to it and why - this would be very handy. In the past, I've had other dealerships provide this level of detail without me requesting for it specifically, but Big Star does not do this without request. In short: they explain what they're doing, why they're doing it, and they get the work turned around promptly. Very good for a dealership, but I have seen more transparency and details in past experiences. More
