i had multiple issues with my new car since day 1. i wouldn’t recommend this dealership to the devil. scammers & will try to charge you for everything even when you have warranty/extended warranty. th i wouldn’t recommend this dealership to the devil. scammers & will try to charge you for everything even when you have warranty/extended warranty. they claimed my warranty ran out when my warranty is 100K miles. they couldn’t resolve my issues & tried to charge me for other problems i didn’t even mention. they gave me back my car with a new broken piece at the bottom, & a huge scratch that wasn’t there before i turned my car in. also the interest on the car is so high that i still owe $30K on a car that’s only worth $13K. putting me in an upside down situation. warranty dept & finance dept are no help. they do not care about their consumers, only the money they can take from you. they had the opportunity to do right by me but denied all accountability, responsibility & help. juan is a great employee, so is Bryan, Madison & Kaleb. but this is a horrible company. i wouldn’t recommend Big Star Hyundai to my enemies. i absolutely hate this company. they are for sure the absolute worst dealership i’ve ever dealt with. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to your dealership. When I arrived, no one greeted me at my car. I then walked into the dealership, and still, no one acknowle during my recent visit to your dealership. When I arrived, no one greeted me at my car. I then walked into the dealership, and still, no one acknowledged me. After several minutes of waiting, a representative finally looked up and informed me that someone would be with me shortly. I usually work with Bryan, who is typically very helpful, but even he ignored me during this visit. When I was finally helped, the representative who assisted me was very dry, seemed annoyed, and lacked any sense of professionalism. He arranged a Lyft for me, and I left feeling completely unvalued as a customer. Later, when the representative called to inform me about the services my car required, I declined. His tone became even more irritated, as if my decision was an inconvenience to him. When I returned to collect my vehicle, it wasn’t ready out front. The representative offered to retrieve it, but by that point, I was so dissatisfied with the entire experience that I declined and simply wanted to leave. I travel a significant distance to have my car serviced at this dealership because it’s where I purchased my car. However, the lack of attention, friendliness, and professionalism I’ve encountered repeatedly is unacceptable. On multiple occasions, the representatives often seem uninterested in delivering quality customer service. The only saving grace has been Deedee, who has been helpful in addressing my concerns, but unfortunately, my visits are consistently marred by disappointing service. I truly hope you take feedback like this seriously and implement meaningful changes to improve the customer experience. If this level of service continues, I will take my business elsewhere. More
