May I say that we purchased our first vehicle on a Saturday and then the next one a few days later so the service speaks for itself. Kudos to Larry in Finance for a great deal! Just an overall bad experience. Felt like I was being treated dishonestly. It ended up needlessly costing me out of pocket. Overall, This experience will make me think twice about buying a bmw, as they are my local dealership... :( More
The Service Department at Bert Smith BMW has gotten so much worse during the last 12 months. The service advisers have no customer service skills and are always so eager to get clients out of the door. Th much worse during the last 12 months. There is absolutely no care for customer relationships or satisfaction. Personally, I have taken my car in for the same problem multiple times and it still has not been fixed completely. On one occasion, the service assistant manager had the nerve to pull out the owner's manual out of my trunk and read two (2) pages to me as if I am a child. This service department is a very poor example of what BMW wants its customers to think of the brand. It is very disappointing, but they are the only BMW dealer in town. Maybe that is why they think they can treat their customers as if they do not matter. More

We went into Bert Smith looking at 2008 and 2009 used 3 series, but we ended up with a 2011 for nearly the same price. Michael Ford was great, very upfront with our trade in, and the pricing of the new veh series, but we ended up with a 2011 for nearly the same price. Michael Ford was great, very upfront with our trade in, and the pricing of the new vehicle beat their competitors by thousands. There were no gimmicks and games with the math. I showed them the preapproval letter from my bank and they were able to beat it. On top of it all they treated our kids like their own and made sure they were happy while we completed the process. I will definitely be back for service or new vehicles in the future. I could only wish every dealership operated like them. More
