I purchased a vehicle from your dealership after communicating with a salesperson for over a week. As I reside in a different city and was unable to visit the dealership in person due to work and medical appointments, I specifically requested detailed photos and videos of the vehicle prior to making a decision. I was provided with a walk-around video in which a single small blemish was pointed out. Based on the information presented and after some discussion, I proceeded with the purchase and arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to Fort Myers. The delivery took place in the evening, and I was advised by the salesperson that the vehicle had been washed and fully detailed inside and out. However, upon inspecting the vehicle the following morning, I found that this was not the case. The interior was visibly unclean, with food crumbs present on the floor and center area, streak marks on the dashboard, and a noticeable odor consistent with cigarette smoke. I then inspected the exterior of the vehicle in daylight and discovered five to six additional paint blemishes that had not been disclosed at any point during the sales process. These areas appear to have been poorly touched up, with paint already peeling, suggesting that the damage was covered rather than properly repaired. None of these issues were presented during the walk-around or disclosed despite my specific request for detailed photos of the vehicle’s condition. I attempted to contact the salesperson to address these concerns but did not receive a response. I am very disappointed with this experience. Having paid for the vehicle in full, I expected transparency, accurate representation, and a level of professionalism consistent with the BMW brand. Unfortunately, I feel that I was misled regarding the condition of the vehicle and that reasonable efforts were not made to ensure it was delivered in acceptable condition. I worked directly with Mike Ford on this purchase and was not satisfied with the level of service provided. I do not feel adequate care was taken to make this a positive or professional buying experience, particularly given that the vehicle was paid for in full. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and addressed promptly.
