We walked in pretty much knowing what we wanted but we were also willing to explore a bit. Our Sales Associate John Grima was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He showed us several models, both new and pre-owned, and didn't try to oversell. He answered questions quickly and honestly and did his best to get us into the vehicle we wanted at the price-point we needed. He ended up staying WAY past closing time to finalize negotiations and get us credit-approved with Larry, the Director of Financial Services. We got a very fair value for our trade, and the overall buying experience was a breeze. The initial offer was what we expected - not the lowest price available in the area, but we had decided that the location was important and we felt very comfortable dealing with this particular dealership. The final offer was excellent and honestly, it beat our expectations. Since it was getting late, John worked with the Sales Manager, Jim Cumming and we ended up taking the car home that evening. Jim is very personable as well - it seems like this whole team worked together to help complete our buying transaction. When we arrived at the dealership the next day, they were ready and waiting for us. All of the paperwork was complete and the car was prepped while we signed everything. Afterwards, we met with Jordan, a Bert Smith BMW Genius, who reviewed options and features of the vehicle that we weren't familiar with. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable before letting us leave. Without hesitation, I would recommend the staff of Bert Smith BMW and our Sales Associate, John Grima, to family and friends. More

We had given John the parameters that we had decided on for our sons first vehicle. We had been looking at several different makes and models over the course of a couple of months. John called with a vehicle he though would possibly work for our situation, we drove it for a couple of days and decided this was the car for our son. We are very appreciative that John listened to our concerns and that he had our best interests in mind. We will use John in any future vehicle searches.
