Day before appointment, sale lady asks me to move the time. OK, no problem. Show up for new time and she is busy with someone else. Another sales guy helps me. My wife didn't like the 2 cars I had picked prior but liked another one. Sales people were pushy and aggressive. Not what I expected for a premium car. An hour after leaving I start getting texts that the car my wife liked was being looked at by someone else and I needed to decide right now or it was gone. Told them good luck and crossed BMW off my list. Happy Audi owner now. More

I agreed to purchase this car sight unseen based off of the specs, overall quality of the other car we bought in November, as well as my great experience with the dealership and especially our salesman, Keith Sanders. However, upon inspecting the car, there were a few issues that I brought up. So before I left with the car, Keith and his sales manager promptly scheduled for everything to be taken care and sent me home in a very nice loaner. When I arrived back at Bert Smith, my used BMW looked better than when it was new. I can't say enough about how I was treated as a new customer the first time and as a repeat customer most recently.
