Unfortunately a month ago, my spouse’s BMW was totaled in an auto accident. Once everything was finalized from our insurance, we contacted Bert Smith. Our Sales Rep, William Stephens, took what we were looking for on the phone, and long story short, we have a year newer vehicle (2017) with more options at a better lease than the totaled 2016 (same model). When we arrived at the dealership, William had all the paperwork prepared, Dino in finance had everything ready as well, and we were out in less than one hour with the new vehicle being delivered to our house (I’m not yet released to drive). Outstanding and truly the best vehicle purchase i’ve ever had! Bert Smith is the BEST!! More
