Great Experience! I started out looking at 2 cars, Lexus RC 350 and Mercedes C43 AMG, neither one lived up to the hype. So I went back to the internet to get more infor I started out looking at 2 cars, Lexus RC 350 and Mercedes C43 AMG, neither one lived up to the hype. So I went back to the internet to get more information on a sporty 2 door coupe and next to those two cars, BMW 440i hard top convertible kept coming up. Next stop, Bert Smith but they didn't have the 440i to drive but they had the 430i. I mentioned I didn't wat a 4 cyl. but the salesperson insisted that the BMW's were different. Unfortunately, they aren't and when I told her I didn't like the car she asked me about the Z4 that I was looking at in the showroom. It was beautiful but I really hadn't thought of a 2 seater convertible soft top for my 2nd car. However the more I thought about it, the more I warmed up to the idea. Why not? It was going to be a play car, my SUV was already the designated 'dog' car. I asked if they had it in all black and she said she had one up front. "UP front" means used and I never buy used cars but she insisted this one was different. Super low miles (1400) and barely used (7 weeks). I took the 2020 Black Z4 m40i for a spin and I was in love. It was loaded, fast, beautiful and so much fun! Within 2 days I was driving her home. When I replace my Lexus SUV, I'll be going to Bert Smith first instead of last. Thank you Bert Smith I am now a proud BMW 1st time owner! More

I had a screw in my rear tire, so I made an appointment with Evan to get it replaced. At my appointment they found there was a screw in another tire. AVOID!!! It really sucks to have a passion and love for BMW's but absolutely hate the company, really only because of their scamming dealerships. Bert smith BMW doesn't give two xxxxs let alone half a xxxx about you. They are happy and quick to take your money but just as quick to make you feel worthless. On a customer service rating I would give 0 stars, in my multiple times of visiting not once have I ever been greeted at a BMW dealership let alone this one. The only thing they greet you with is squinted stares and attitude when you do decide to approach someone . Whoever Bert Smith is should be ashamed . DONT EVER use there live chat on there website, 5 times I elected to go this route and was never contacted all 5 times when told I would be so . I even followed up questioning why there hasn't been a follow up just to be told the same thing , that they'll forward my info over and never do . Last but not least in what sane world does a 13 year old key fob cost $400? I could see that on a newer model but $400 and it takes 4 days to ship?!?! is that a xxxxin joke ? I wish I could slap some reality and decency into every person at Bert Smith. truly pathetic and sad and puts a nasty taste in my mouth for a brand I love but company im learning to hate . DONT BE TAKIN ADVANTAGE OF!!! More
The Ultimate Service Experience! recently had my 5 series serviced at this dealership and have not had such good service in years! this is my 9th BMW. Coming from the Philadelphia area, I had always received the most wonderful experience. When I moved to Florida seven years ago, I tried multiple dealerships and all have let me down. Last week I decided to try Bert Smith and am so happy with them. They were attentive, constantly updating me on my vehicle and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you so much! From my service advisor to the loaner car woman and the Technician. They all were so helpful and I will be coming back for my next car there! I just am hopeful the sales experience will be just as good! More
Very good servic I would suggest that when a customer calls for service that the call at least rolls to a LIVE person versus voice mail.
