I came in to have my leased 2017 BMW X3 serviced, and left 3 hours later with the 2020 model. It really wasn't completely unintentional. And without the car. This was the most significant disappointing day of buying a car. I was so excited, and they were hiding the real truth to me. Mr. Bobby Haines told me he was sorry, but there was nothing he could do. Two days have passed, and the car is still on the web page as Pre Own Certified. Mr. Bobby Haines, as General Sales Manager, left me hopeless, and I regret that he wasted my time and the seller. As a professional, he really fails me, and I hope that whoever buys it does not sign the papers thinking that they are taking a certified car home when it is not. I really would like to buy this car. Total Disappointment I was at this dealership today and was very disappointed that my appointment wasn't honored that I wasted 30 minutes of my time. I called Matt C., left a message in his voicemail and texted him about 10 minutes prior to my arrival at your dealership but no return call or text. When I got to the parking lot, I found another sales associate and have asked for Matt the sales associate whom I had an appointment with and was told that Matt will come out shortly. I waited and waited until after 30 minutes, I had to leave as my patience was just running out, left your dealership fuming with rage. I ended up going to the next BMW at Furman's at Palm Harbor. where I was well received and my business appreciated. If this is the kind of business this establishment is running, then I am not interested in doing business now or ever, nor will I ever recommend it to my colleagues and friends. More
