I recently bought a BMW from Bert Smith, everyone there was really fantastic...the sales person I worked with, Caesar Chamma was awesome! A few days earlier I had a not so pleasant experience with Ferman BMW which lead me to checking out Bert Smith, I was a bit worried at first that I would have to deal with the same stuff here, which was not at all the case. Had a difficult repair job on a 2011 low mileage car. AC issue that was behind the dash. They took the time to correctly examine and diagnose the problem.
