After getting my car in there and spending whatever they spent with it the so-called software update they said they installed corrupted my radio and wouldn't work again. I had one problem when I came in and multiple problems when I walked out. They blindly take advantage of customers and they also have lack of respect with people that have older BMWs when I was told about the other mechanics that are reputable in St Pete they talked very down about them they said they didn't know what they were doing but at least they're half the price and they do wash cars and they do respect their customers That's why people who were going to Bert Smith BMW don't go there anymore. If I have to go a little further I will but I'm going to get the service that I deserve for my car Case closed. More

My x1 broke an axle going over a speed bump. Bert smith said it was under warranty and gave me an x3 loaner. The loaner broke an axle going over the same bump. I was on vacation. I couldn’t go home and I had no car, Eventually, they reduced the price however, It still costs 100s and they have to know they have a design flaw.
