Baierl Toyota has by far the best service department i have ever dealth with. I have been purchasing vehicles for approximately 40 years and have never dealth with a service department as friendly and com have ever dealth with. I moved into the area where Baierl is located 6 years ago and started going there for service for convenience, even thought I purchased my last vehicle at another Pittsburgh area dealer close to where I resided. My prior dealer service department was very unfriendly. Whenever I called for an appointment ( I am a last minute type person)I would be told I had to wait a week or two as they were booked. This never happens at Baierl. I have literally walked in for service, with no appointment, and the staff gladly serviced my vehicle. In particular, Kristen, Clair, and Steve are incredible. You are treated like family. On my most recent purchase of a vehicle (11/12) I thought of purchasing another brand for a change of pace. ( I have owned many Toyotas). After visiting a Buick dealership and a Subaru dealership,I felt extremely guilty about purchasing another brand from another deaaler. My guilt and loyalty led me directly back to Baierl Toyota and I completed a purchase,including trade in, within 10 minutes. In summation, great dealership, fair prices, and an awesome service department. This all coming from an individual who is not at all related to anybody at this dealership and who is fairly saavy and does his homework. SHOP NOWHERE ELSE!! More

We went into the dealership with a vague idea of what we wanted to meet our needs without a specific vehicle in mind. Patrick and the dealership worked with us in a low pressure and information-focused way, with no "meetings with the sales manager" or other games involved. We received a fair price and thoughtful attention. A special benefit of working with Patrick was his knowledge of the technology of the new vehicles. Having not purchased cars since 2007 and 2008, much has changed, and he made it accessible and valuable without swamping us with details. While Patrick is young (the age of our son!) he exhibits a degree of maturity and personal attention that belies his age. We would strongly recommend Baierl Toyota and specifically Patrick if you are seeking a positive new car buying experience. More

First time at Baierl. My wife and I stopped in to test drive a highlander. Was introduced to Arch. Before getting to the highlander, we noticed a venza demo in the front lot. This dealership has changed my outlook on car dealers. I was interested in trading in my 03 highlander that had seen better days. The trade in and purchase process was made seamless and effortless with the work of Pat and Lindsey. I had rushed to the dealership that morning and had forgotten to eat on my way, while sitting in Pat's office I was served the better meal I had that week. With this being my first new car purchase, the staff on hand made me feel more than comfortable and explained every detail and question I asked or needed. The diligence and care put forth by this dealership far exceeds any expectation I had. Cliff was very patient and helpful throughout the whole experience as we exchanged emails and phone calls for over a month. Ultimately, I decided to go with a 2013 Toyota Sienna based on the options that I wanted. Cliff and the team at Baierl Toyota walked me through the process of ordering the new vehicle. Cliff immediately notified me when the vehicle was shipped from the factory and delivered to the dealership. The pickup process was very smooth and thorough... Cliff took us step-by-step through all of the features of our new Sienna, including setting up our cell phones to work with the Bluetooth system. Patrick Evans provides great customer service and is very fun to work with. We got off work at 5:30 pm on Friday evening and arrived at the dealership at 6 pm, which was closing time.
