In early September I decided I wanted to trade in my wife’s 2008 Toyota 4runner for a new 4runner. I contacted many dealers online as I had done my research ahead of time and didn’t want to go back an wife’s 2008 Toyota 4runner for a new 4runner. I did my research not only on the new vehicle, but also on the 4runner I wanted. I found the dealers that had what we were looking for and contacted them. Dan got back to me pretty fast and before we even started negotiating he gave me a pretty good price. I set up a time to get my vehicle appraised and was offered what I was expecting based on Auto Trader Trade in Value from the website. Stephanie who is the sales manager was great as well, she was able to get me an awesome rate on financing. We arranged to take delivery of the vehicle one evening after work. We had a few slight issues with the vehicle at delivery, but Dan and Stephanie went WAY out of the way to make things right. They were awesome in all respects and I just referred my neighbor to Dan. If you are in the market for a Toyota just ask for Dan Nalley. He knows his products well and will treat you with respect. More

It has been to work with Andy Lattner on a recent used car purchase. My son, age 18, unfortunately was involved in an auto accident. Thankfully, he was fine, but the car wasn't. We needed to find new wheels for him quickly since the rental car funding was expiring. I was fortunate enough to get Andy on the phone when I called on the way home from a college visit. I described what we needed and how much we wanted to spend. He quickly called me back with a couple great options. We stopped by that night when we got back to town, and we bought one of the cars Andy suggested. I love Andy's manner and how kind he was to me and my son. I should say that I normally hate buying cars - the hassle, the time it takes, the negotiating, etc. Dealerships can be particularly hard on female buyers. Andy made it so easy. He's just great. My son loves his new/used car. It was very clean, and it showed the care put into the detailing of the cars on their lot. More

We weren't even going to consider Baierl for our purchase, and were going to go back to our previous Toyota dealer until we saw (online) the large (25 or so of each model we wanted to drive) selecti purchase, and were going to go back to our previous Toyota dealer until we saw (online) the large (25 or so of each model we wanted to drive) selection of cars that we were particularly interested in. That got us in the door. Once there, Archie came over to us to help. I hate car shopping and all of the games that car salesmen play. Archie was none of that. He gave us his best price right away and answered every single question that we could throw at him. He knew the products inside and out, and was so pleasant to talk to. He even anticipated things I was going to ask and concerns I had before I even said them. A truly wonderful salesman.....something I didn't think existed. A few days after initiating talks with Archie, we went back to our old dealership to see what they had to offer. They had very few cars on the lot, and their salespeople were awful. They didn't know even the basics about their products, didn't even offer us a chair to sit down in, and offered a price 10% higher. We won't be going back there ever again. Archie is it. I didn't think buying a car could ever be a good experience, but it was. More
