I met with Jordan and went over everything regarding the Rav. I asked for time to make a decision but emailed him about exactly what I was looking for. Jordan emailed me within a day saying he found my Matrix and if I was ready to go in and finalize paperwork and they could pick up my car. Lindsay was new to me this trip however she appears to be very good at what she does also and made sure I received what I needed, especially by offering the Gap insurance. My wife says the only downfall to this dealership is they are too nice in the way they make you forget all other dealerships because you just trust them to give you the best deal.
