I Went to Baierl to lease a new Toyota Sienna. Was greeted promptly by Brett and took a look at a model on the showroom floor. Got back and talked numbers and decided to look at the XLE model with more options. The price difference was nominal and then test drove that model, it meet my needs and I already knew the price. Brett was attentive throughout the sale; which with 2 test drives, financing and detailing took just over 3 hours. This is my third car from Baierl and I am overall happy with my experience at the dealer. More

We met Patrick Evans about 3 years ago when we purchased our first vehicle from Baierl. He unfortunately wasn't our salesman for our first Baierl purchase. SInce then we have tremendously enjoyed conversations with Patrick and we were looking forward to purchasing a new car with him as our salesperson. After a series of interesting events this week, we made our way to Baierl on 02/02/2013 to explore new vehicle options. Patrick humored us in what we thought we wanted and eventually brought us to the car we really felt was best suited for our needs. He took the all the time necessary to make us feel very comfortable with the purchase and positively encouraged us along the way. He was very concerned for our overall wellbeing during this potentially stressful time of a new vehicle investment and made this one of the best, if not the best vehicle purchase experiences we have ever had. Words are truly not enough to describe what an asset Patrick is for Baierl Toyota. He is a shining example of integrity and honesty. Patrick is an outstanding salesperson who has earned his place as the "BEST" salesman at Baierl Toyota. Patrick Evans was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. At no point did I feel pressured to buy now. He presented me with the facts and figures and let me make my own decision. Baierl Toyota Sales & Leasing Consultant Nolan Brink was amazingly patient and helpful in my dire need of getting a new car. After being at the dealership for 5 hours and drilling Nolan Brink with question and test driving 2 car I left empty handed because of my age and not having enough credit. Even when Nolan Brink was not working he would answer my phone calls when I had question and said he would even go into the dealership on his day off to help me find a different car. Even after finding a car and getting approved things were still not going right. I was given an amazing rental to drive till things were squared away. After leaving Baierl Toyota in my new set of wheels (car) I will never forget how nice and amazingly patient Sales & Leasing Consultant Nolan Brink was towards me and for that I will be a LIFETIME customer of Baierl Toyota.
