Worked with Cliff through the internet sales dept. Dealt directly with Cliff on every email which I really liked. Some dealerships, almost all Toyota ones, have an automated system where you aren't directl directly with Cliff on every email which I really liked. Some dealerships, almost all Toyota ones, have an automated system where you aren't directly dealing with anyone, just a computer in most cases.
