Ryan Koch was also extremely effective as the F&A point person and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the finance process and related warranty products. Patrick Evans at Baierl Toyota was by far the "BEST" salesman of any dealership I visited. Patrick and Baierl initially offered the best price of any dealership. There was not a question that he didn't answer and was polite and courteous during the whole experience. Patrick made himself available anytime that suited us. He made arrangements for items to be done on the car that definitely was never offered by any other car salesman that I had dealt with. I had a very jammed-up stuck seat-belt on the passenger side of my vehicle (2005 Toyota Camry). It would not go back in the tracks at all. This has happened before and I managed to fix it without service i side of my vehicle (2005 Toyota Camry). It would not go back in the tracks at all. This has happened before and I managed to fix it without service intervention but I could not get it unstuck. I called and explained the problem to see how much money it was going to cost me to have the problem fixed and was told no charge if they could get it unstuck for me. I was ambivalent about that because let's face it, a trip to the service center usually means out of pocket expense. Sure enough, they took a look at my seat belt, a technician popped off the plastic holder, adjusted the seat belt and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Throughout all my calls and when I arrived at the service center, I was treated very professionally and courteously even though they didn't make a dime off helping me. While it's true, they didn't receive any monetary payment from me, they definitely built up good will and trust in my book! I had a very positive experience and thank Baierl Toyota for their excellent service. More
