We had a fantastic experience (if that is even possible when spending this much money on a car) working with Patrick Evans to purchase our new Highlander. We had spent about a week or so prior to meeting when spending this much money on a car) working with Patrick Evans to purchase our new Highlander. We had spent about a week or so prior to meeting with Patrick to narrow down what type of vehicle we were interested in purchasing. We were looking at both new and used vehicles. We also belong to a couple of organizations that have car purchasing programs. We actually came to Baierl through the Direct Buy program. Patrick was energetic and enthusiastic about his products. He was extremely personable and worked with us to show us exactly what the costs of the vehicle were going to be. We had to leave the dealership to compare our other options as well. We determined through our research it really didn't make sense to look at a used vehicle when we could use zero percent financing on a new vehicle. Our search came down to two new Highlander Limited SUVs. One was a magnetic gray and the one at Baierl was Nautical Blue. Since they were both Limited models the features were pretty much the same from the other dealer to your Nautical Blue Limited. It came down to what we felt were better potential service options from Baierl, the proximity of Baierl to our home, the color actually entered into the decision too since the vehicles were so comparable, we felt there was a small difference in money in our favor through the Direct Buy plan and finally the service from Patrick and the friendliness of Patrick helped to "seal the deal". I would also point out, by the time we finished our comparison we came back to the dealership about 4:40PM and the dealership closed at 5PM. We were ready and needed to make the deal. Patrick stepped up and while we know he had other places to be later that night he put those plans aside for the time being and helped us get the deal completed that evening. The finance person, the dealership management all stayed after closing on a Saturday to complete this deal and they did it in good spirits. Everyone treated us with the best care possible and it was appreciated. The only negative in the whole transaction (aside from the tremendous pile of money we spent for our car) was the trade in value of our vehicle. I had hoped and expected a little more than what was offered. I understand our vehicle had issues though so it is what it is. More

Our experience dealing with Patrick Evans and the dealership was outstanding. Overall it was a friendly atmosphere and the staff was extremely knowledgeable with the best price we had found for a 200 dealership was outstanding. Overall it was a friendly atmosphere and the staff was extremely knowledgeable with the best price we had found for a 2009 Toyota Venza. There was no pressure to buy and compared to my last three vehicle purchases this was the quickest completion of the entire process. We will be visiting Baierl Toyota again! More
This was the first time at buying a vehicle on my own. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I knew what vehicle I wanted and was ready to make a deal. I was looking to purchase a 2013 Rav4, I didn't really need a new vehicle I had a 2007 Rav4 with 27000 miles that I really loved to ride and drive, but with all the changes to the new ones, the first time I saw them I said to myself I have to have a new Rav4. I went back the next day to pick up my new car, it was to be ready at 3:00 pm, I had to wait for awhile because Patrick was very busy with other customers and Stephanie was getting cars ready for a parade that was going to be held the next day. I was a cash customer so the paper work wasn't as long as if I were going to finance the new car. So I would say everything evened out in the end as far as time goes. FYI: I am retired and don't put a lot of miles on my vehicles, but I do love the ride and the looks of my new Rav4. More
I wasn't pressured in the least. David Kauffman was an excellent salesman and so personable, I felt like I knew him for years. I was very comfortable around him and trusted him completely. Shopping for a used car for my daughter at this Dealership was a great experience. The sales staff were courteous and friendly. Jim Cuffaro was our salesperson; he demonstrated excellent product knowledge, was friendly, very professional and responsive to all of our requests. He facilitated the entire process in a seamless and efficient manner. Jim worked closely with Jerry Spear and Stephanie DeCarlo, the Store Managers to negotiate a fair sales price ( including a trade-in ) for all parties. Ryan Koch was also extremely effective as the F&A point person and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the finance process and related warranty products. Prior to our search, we also contacted Lee and Bob Baierl to recommend contacts for us at the dealers we planned to visit and they were both extremely responsive to our request. We were quite impressed with the entire buying process and the people at Baierl Toyota! Very professional in all respects!! More
