I thought I had set up an appt for 6pm on 7/24/13, to meet with an associate regarding a trade in promotion I received in the mail. But when I arrived, the concierge asked me if anyone had gotten back t meet with an associate regarding a trade in promotion I received in the mail. But when I arrived, the concierge asked me if anyone had gotten back to me to confirm that appt and they hadn't. Patrick Evans happened to be standing nearby and readily offered to assist me. Patrick is great at his job. Very friendly, listens well and communicates clearly all with a little humor. He was knowledgeable and able to explain the differrences in models. I never felt pressured and in fact waited almost 24 hours before actually calling back to buy the new Camry. Upon receipt of delivery, he went over the technology and taught me how to use the Bluetooth and Pandora. I would definetly refer family and friends to Baierl and Patrick in particular. She worked with us to make everything as easy as possible. She fully explained everything and especially went into detail regarding the Extra Care Platinum Plan. Although we will be retiring next year and plan to keep both our Toyotas a long time, we would not even hesitate to return to Baierl or to recommend Baierl to friends for another purchase.
