I recently had the privilege of buying a car from Baierl Toyota in Pittsburgh. I drove 5 hours from Ohio to get my 2013 Toyota Camry, so I was hoping I would have a good experience.Taking a glance at all the reviews on this page, they mostly are all about Patrick Evans and there is a reason for that. Mr. Evans went above and beyond to make sure that I got a car with all the preferences that I spoke with him about. His knowledge and enthusiasm about cars and making the customer happy was amazing. I will be leasing/buying from Baierl Toyota from now on as long as Mr. Evans is there. I will also be referring friends and family to him. Thanks to him and the rest of the Baierl Toyota family, I could not have had a better experience. More
We were in a time crunch to replace our toyota rav after a car accident. Our daughter lives in Pittsburgh and we are several hours away. We had several in the area to look at. When we got to Baierl, Pa a car accident. Our daughter lives in Pittsburgh and we are several hours away. We had several in the area to look at. When we got to Baierl, Patrick was thorough in his knowledge of the the car and answered the questions we had. When we discussed price , I believe he was fair. He was very personable and efficient. We were shocked at how fast the process goes to buy a car! The longest part was waiting for our insurance company on the phone. He said he would be available and just give him a call if my daughter has any questions or problems with the car . I appreciated that because I believe he was sincere. More
Nothing But Games After The Sale.... Ridiculous. Customer Service Leaves Much To Be Desired! Almost 1 Month Later Still Trying To Get Andy To Answer The Phone Or Return Numerous Messages Left With Sales Manager, Craig. When They Are Trying To Get You To Buy From Them You Can't Get Them To STOP calling You But If You Have a Problem After They Have Your Signature And Money You Might As Well Forget About Talking To Anyone Other Than The Operator Or Someones Voicemail That They Have No Intention Of Returning Your Call. With the recent addition of a 3rd child, we were in the market for a minivan. I know, not exactly exciting stuff. That said, working with Patrick for this purchase made all of the difference. He made th market for a minivan. I know, not exactly exciting stuff. That said, working with Patrick for this purchase made all of the difference. He made the entire experience fun...which may be a 1st for me when buying a car. To start, Patrick was straight-forward and honest, which does not line up well with the typical generalizations made when referencing car salesmen. On top of that, he kept me laughing from the time I walked in the door until the time I made the actual purchase. He's a good guy, and someone I would recommend seeking out if you are in the market for a new vehicle. This was my first sales experience with Patrick, but I can assure you it won't be my last. More

I am amazed as to how Ryan Koch (financial) was able to feign qualification well enough to be hired at Baierl. Did the other candidates not show up to their interviews? I have not seen a person exhibit s feign qualification well enough to be hired at Baierl. Did the other candidates not show up to their interviews? I have not seen a person exhibit such ineptitude at his or her job since I went to an Italian festival a few years ago, when a girl pretending to be a cashier didn't know what to do with a $50 bill for a $33 charge. A couple days after closing the deal on a new vehicle, Ryan had us come back in to do more paperwork. We quickly found out that the VIN number and license plate number on the paperwork were also incorrect - a rather important issue for registering the vehicle with the state, no? Over a month later, Ryan called again asking for us to come back in and sign more paperwork. As the date of our first bill neared, we realized we had not received a bill. The reason is that an account number has not been set up on our behalf until today, over two months since the vehicle was initially bought. We were forced to call TFS headquarters numerous times to figure out how to get our first payment in on time. I have no other reservations against Baierl Toyota -- but before you close on a deal with one of their sales agents, ask if there is any way that Ryan Koch can not be involved in any part of the financial paperwork. The Baierl name is very reputable around the area. You do not need inept employees like Ryan Koch being associated with the Baierl brand, let alone sullying it. More
I am not an easy sell I hate being pushed into a car sale and since I am over 50 this is not my first new car purchase. This dealership took me by surprise for sure. My sales consultant Patrick Evans was FAN and since I am over 50 this is not my first new car purchase. This dealership took me by surprise for sure. My sales consultant Patrick Evans was FANTASTIC.... Lindsey Baierl and Ryan Koch in the financial department .... just SUPERIOR. They really know how to sell cars. They are professional-informative and know their products inside and out. I actually enjoyed working with them what a great team. It was the most flawless new car sale I have ever experienced. I actually called some of my friends and told them if you are considering a new or used car sale in the future you should consider going there. More
Patrick was honest, friendly, and NOT PUSHY! These were important qualities for my mom, who recently lost the love of her life. She needed to make her first major decision since the passing of my dad and this was not easy. Patrick was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with my mom. Patrick and I worked out all the details so that my mom could just go pick up her RAV4. We talked to other dealers in Pittsburgh and Delaware (where I reside) and he definitely offered us the best price. We definitely recommend this young man. You will not be dissatisfied. More
